(JULY 27, 2021) – Building Hope, a non-profit foundation dedicated to identifying and financing viable facilities so that all students have access to a quality K-12 education, today announced its Building Hope Services President Richard Moreno will participate in the upcoming Ziegler Charter School Investor Workshop on July 28 in Chicago.
Moreno has provided financial advisory guidance on $400 million of client financings so far this year. He is an expert advisor on the financial process to open a new charter school as well as the most common financing vehicles used by charters. He is frequently asked to discuss the pros and cons of various financing options that can help a charter school secure a permanent facility.
