Building Hope is a Sustaining Sponsor of the 2021 National Charter SchoolConference that will bring together charter school professionals to engage, educate, and innovate around an Education (R)evolution conference theme.
Having a dedicated facility is a crucial step in every charter school’s journey. In a session titled, “The Many Options of Charter School Facility Financing,” Moreno will provide an overview of the financial process to make that step a reality, including the most common financing vehicles used by charters. He will also lead a forum for attendees to ask questions and discuss the pros and cons of various financing options that can help a charter school secure a permanent facility.
The journey to start a new charter school is full of ups and downs, highlights and challenges. In a session titled, “From Dreams to Reality – Opening a New Charter,” Fuller will host a conversation for attendees to share the highlights and challenges they have faced throughout their own experiences. This conversation is sponsored by the Charter Support Unit, a grant-sponsored service for new charter schools throughout the country, that also hosts webinars, provides free documents and resources, and provides various location-based services to assist charter schools.
Attendees may join the conversations by video and audio, with the freedom to listen, interact on camera, or use the chat. Join the National Charter School Conference conversation about the Education (R)evolution by registering here.
