Turnkey Facility Development

University Preparatory Academy (UPA), a Florida Public Charter School with a campus located in Pinellas County, serves 410 students in Kindergarten through eighth grade.

UPA received authorization for a student body of up to 900 and secured funding from the Charter School Growth Fund to build a network of high performing schools in under served communities throughout Florida.

Building Hope served as the equity investor and developer on the first school project in West Palm Beach.

The new campus opened in September 2015 with 162 students in Kindergarten through second grade and plans to grow one grade annually reaching full enrollment, or 544 students in Kindergarten through fifth grade by the 2019-2020 school year.
